The goal of the TVG Angel Group is to invest in and help grow promising companies. We are in the process of  establishing a process that helps select entrepreneurs present to, and potentially raise capital from, a group of angel investors. The TVG Angel Group, with direction of The Toronto Venture Group Board of Directors, is undergoing a continuous improvement project to establish a state of the art Angel Investment program. The division will be postponing our current process until the strategic planning for the new model is completed and defined.

In the interim, the TVG Angel Group is offering an opportunity for Angel seeking entrepreneurs to direct their submissions to the 2007 Canadian Venture Forum Angel Selection Committee to receive consideration to present  your company for inclusion in the the Canadian Venture Forum. The Canadian Venture Forum Angel Selection Committee is Chaired by the President of the National Angel Association (NAO). The members of the committee are populated with the leading Angel Investors. Applicants must first complete and submit the application form.

Please download, fill in the required fields, and email back to entrepreneurs@tvg.org. All submissions received after January 12th, 2007 will be received as 2007 CVF applications for Angel Stream review.

The 2007 Angel Selection Committee will review the applications prior to February 8th, 2007 and you will be notified through our CVF Project Coordinator of your status for presentation at the Forum to be held March 4th - 6th, 2007.
